Booking requests and confirmation

A booking request or enquiry does not by itself guarantee a bistro table or a place in the poker lounge. Treat a table or lounge place as reserved only when you receive confirmation from Luckytableclub. Before a visit, the venue may need to confirm or update practical details connected with your request. This helps Luckytableclub communicate clearly about the bistro and offline poker lounge experience without assuming that an unconfirmed request has secured participation.

Guest conduct and safety

Please treat fellow guests, venue staff, furnishings, dining spaces, and poker tables with respect. Disruptive, abusive, unsafe, dishonest, or unlawful conduct is not acceptable. To support a safe and welcoming experience, Luckytableclub may give reasonable directions and may decline or end venue access or activity participation where reasonably necessary. This is intended to protect guests, staff, and the shared atmosphere of the bistro and lounge.

Bistro

Food, drink, and venue experience

If you have dietary needs, allergies, or other concerns relevant to your visit, please raise them directly with venue staff. This is especially important while enjoying seafood, steaks, cocktails, and other bistro offerings. Staff can provide guidance within the information available to them, but guests should communicate their individual needs clearly and follow reasonable venue guidance. Offline poker only

Luckytableclub provides in-person, offline poker experiences at the venue. The poker lounge and poker room are places for guests to gather around professional felt poker tables and participate in hosted social sessions. The Luckytableclub website provides information and booking support only; it does not provide an online poker service. Participation is venue-based and subject to the practical instructions given for the relevant session.

Souvenir chips, points, and trophies

Poker activities use souvenir chips, points, and trophies as venue experience materials and recognition items within Luckytableclub’s offline social format. Souvenir chips, points, and trophies have no cash value and are not exchangeable for money, prizes with monetary value, or financial benefit. They are not a substitute for currency or a means of financial gain. Please handle these venue materials respectfully and use them only as directed during the relevant offline poker activity.

Poker table and tournament instructions

Please follow the host’s reasonable instructions for poker tables, felt poker tables, poker room etiquette, seating, tournament format, and respectful participation. Event formats, points allocation, and trophy recognition may vary by session, including across poker tournaments. Luckytableclub may adjust, pause, or stop an activity where appropriate for safety, venue operations, or the guest experience. The host’s practical directions help each session remain clear, social, and well managed.

Respectful shared play

Offline poker at the poker lounge is a shared experience. Respect fellow participants, staff, cards, table equipment, souvenir chips, and the pace of the session. Disruptive, abusive, unsafe, or dishonest conduct is not acceptable. Luckytableclub may end participation where reasonably necessary to protect the welcoming atmosphere of the poker room and the comfort of other guests. These expectations support considerate play rather than a casino-style environment.

Photography, intellectual property, and links

Original Luckytableclub content should be treated as protected. Website text, photographs, branding, layout, and other original material may not be copied, reproduced, republished, or commercially used without permission, except where permitted by law.
